QuickBooks Integration Terms

Effective May 4, 2026.

This page exists to support Ready-1 LLC's internal QuickBooks Online integration setup.

The integration is for Ready-1 business operations. It is not a public software product, marketplace application, or client-facing service.

Purpose

The integration may be used to help Ready-1 read, organize, and prepare business records connected to QuickBooks Online, including customers, estimates, invoices, items, and related accounting information.

Its intended use is internal operational support for Ready-1.

Authorized users

Access is limited to Ready-1 personnel and authorized operators working on Ready-1's behalf.

No outside customer, vendor, or member of the public is granted access to the integration through this site.

Data handling

Users must handle QuickBooks data as confidential Ready-1 business information.

The integration may not be used to:

  • sell or share QuickBooks data with third parties;
  • send customer-facing accounting documents without Ready-1 approval;
  • create, delete, void, or materially alter accounting records except under an approved Ready-1 workflow;
  • use the integration for any company other than Ready-1 without separate authorization.

No warranty

The integration is provided for internal operational use only. Ready-1 may change, suspend, or remove it at any time.
