QuickBooks Integration Privacy Notice

Effective May 4, 2026.

This notice applies to Ready-1 LLC's internal QuickBooks Online integration.

The integration is used for Ready-1 business administration. It is not a public consumer application.

Information accessed

Depending on the approved workflow, the integration may access QuickBooks Online information such as:

• company profile information;
• customer and vendor records;
• estimates, invoices, payments, items, and account-related records;
• transaction metadata needed to reconcile Ready-1 operational records with QuickBooks.

How information is used

Ready-1 uses this information to support internal accounting, estimating, billing preparation, reporting, and operational planning.

Ready-1 does not sell QuickBooks data.

Ready-1 does not use QuickBooks data for unrelated advertising or public marketing services.

Sharing

QuickBooks data is shared only as needed for Ready-1 operations, professional services, legal compliance, accounting support, or authorized technical support.

Storage and access

Access is limited to authorized Ready-1 personnel and operators. Credentials and tokens should be stored in controlled Ready-1 systems, not in public repositories or public documents.

Retention

Ready-1 retains QuickBooks-related information as needed for business records, accounting obligations, troubleshooting, and operational continuity.
